Tenative Schedule

Friday

5:30 pm – Open Arrival

• Park at the gym and come to the dining hall for check-in.

6:00pm – Dinner

6:45pm – Group Games in Lutz

8:30pm – Spiritual Session

• This is a time where we will dive into God’s word together.
• Please bring a bible, notepad, and pen.

9:30pm – Snack/Parlor Games/Campfire/Open gym

• We will have parlor games available for you to play.
• A campfire will be out by the pavilion.
• The gym will be open and heated for dodgeball, and basketball, etc.

12:00pm  Cabin Time

• Everyone must be in their cabins by midnight.

Saturday

8:00am – Breakfast

• Come dressed for work projects.

8:30am – Work

• Weather permitting, our work project will be clearing the woods for a new challenge course!
• Please bring clothing that can get dirty. Wear layers. Boots are recommended as gets muddy this time of year.

10:30am – Stop Work

• Clean up, get changed, grab a drink.

11:00am – Camp Conquest Info Session

• This session will give you an “inside edition” of what is going on at camp. We will be giving you big picture information, breakout sessions, and a sneak-peek of upcoming events and next summer!

1:00pm – Lunch

• You are free to leave at this point if you are not going to the Farm Show.

1:45pm – Leave for Farm Show

• Some of our favorite memories as staff are made when we go off-site. We are excited to kick off this year with a trip to the PA Farm Show!
• Please bring money for dinner and whatever else you might want to buy.
• Bus transportation will be provided.

2:45pm – Arrive at Farm Show

7:00pm – Meet up to leave Farm Show Complex

7:30pm – Bus pulling out of Farm Show Parking

8:30pm – Arrive at Camp

8:45pm – Pickup/Departure from Camp
